Any custom or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so that you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Shipping for each country differs. We strive for shipping to be at its cheapest, however we also value safe and reliable delivery. Although you may have to pay a small amount for delivery, you can rely on the shipment being delivered. As we are continuously reviewing logistics, you may find your country has free shipping in the near future.

How are customs and import taxes handled?
You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when the item passes through customs.Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Snappykart cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
Every country is different; our advice is check with your local council, post office, or government tax department. A search online may provide the insight you need to find out what the tax is likely to be.
Companies importing anything to Brazil are supposed to state their "CNPJ" number, and individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices.
So if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure you give us the correct "CNPJ" or "CPF" number, so the package can go through customs smoothly.  
How Do I Cancel An Order?

- If customer wants to cancel an order it may be possible depending how long the order has been made.Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, after 24 hours it is possible until the order has been shipped. 
Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled directly. It will need to be returned to us once the customer receives it and the refund is only a partial refund (we deduct the shipping costs).
How to claim warrenty or refund ?
- If terms and conditions are satiesfied,you can claim warrenty/refund for your product/s.
- To do so,submit a ticket in our support centre claiming warrenty with proper proof. On approval from our side,send the product back to the seller address and share the courier details with us.
- You will receive your refund, once the seller receives the product and issues a refund.
